In our kitchens, we pride ourselves on doing things the right way. We knead our dough before the store opens every morning. We individually stir together our own sauces every day. We import our mozzarella cheese in bulk so we can shred it freshly in our store. We even roast our own full link Italian sausage and hand slice it for freshness.

We hand prepare everything we cook in our kitchens to maximize the quality of our ingredients.
